These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sightline Sports Systems. By logging on-field statistics, verifying athlete rosters, accessing tracking dashboards, or utilizing our cloud network gates, you unequivocally accept these Terms in full.

1. Accuracy of Metrics & Data Integrity Mandates

The core utility of Sightline depends entirely on authentic data reporting. Users agree to strict execution conditions:

• Data Honesty: Parents, athletes, and field staff must log precise, non-inflated on-field statistics. Manipulating metric outputs or forging box score outputs is a strict violation of company policy.
• Administrative Audit Scope: Club directors and authorized travel team head coaches hold non-negotiable administrative leverage to audit, overwrite, freeze, or reject any individual statistic telemetry block.
• Termination Clauses: Sightline retains absolute unilateral right to delete user profiles, terminate system credentials, and ban users from the network instantly if fraudulent metrics or forged video captures are detected, without any obligation to refund historical transaction balances.

2. Subscription Terms, Corporate Billing, & Auto-Renewals

Premium capabilities are distributed through recurring commercial terms:

• Billing Framework: Subscription tiers (Athlete Premium, Travel Seats, College Portals) operate on automated monthly cycles charged to your authorized processing gateway or mobile app vendor interface.
• Cancellation Policy: Users can cancel recurring models at any point via their native dashboard platform tools. To avoid the next structural billing pass, cancellations must execute at least 24 hours prior to the renewal timestamp.
• Refund Exclusion: All commercial transactions are final. We do not provide prorated adjustments or partial system credits for unused duration segments to ensure constant optimization of our cloud clusters.

3. Absolute Limitation of Liability & Recruiting Disclaimers

SIGHTLINE SPORTS SYSTEMS IS A DATA INTEGRATION ROUTER PLATFORM ONLY. THE SYSTEM SERVICES AND NETWORK CORE ARE DISTRIBUTED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" LEGAL FOOTING.

• Recruiting Outcomes: SIGHTLINE DOES NOT WARRANT, GUARANTEE, OR PROMISE SPECIFIC ATHLETIC SCHOLARSHIPS, SCOUTING ENGAGEMENT, UNIVERSITY OFFERS, OR ROSTER SELECTION RATIOS. TECHNICAL METRICS DO NOT ASSURE RECRUITING REWARD RESULTS.
• Liability Ceiling: IN NO EVENT SHALL SIGHTLINE, ITS EXECUTIVE OFFICERS, OR NETWORK ENGINEERS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSS OF ATHLETIC ELIGIBILITY, OR SYSTEM DISRUPTIONS. OUR MAXIMUM TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS RIGIDLY LIMITED TO THE EXACT AMOUNT PAID BY THE SPECIFIC USER IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE FILED ACTION.

4. Mandatory Binding Arbitration & Legal Venue

Any dispute, claim, or system controversy arising out of or relating to this platform, these Terms, or system failure shall be settled explicitly via mandatory binding arbitration administered under individual filing metrics rather than class actions. These terms are governed strictly by the state laws of Florida, with all structural notices, processing demands, and litigation frameworks directed exclusively to sightlineapp@proton.me.
